Hibiscus Simple Syrup
– Mix 2 c. sugar & 2 c. water in a pan.
– Bring to a boil & stir until dissolved.
– Remove and stir in 1 c. dried hibiscus flowers.
– Steep for 30 mins.
– Strain & bottle.
– Fill a quart mason jar with ice.
– Add tequila, lime juice and hibiscus syrup
– Fill with seltzer or club soda
– Stir and top with a dried hibiscus flower
