Blueberry Muffin Cake

This Blueberry Muffin Cake recipe is great for breakfast or as a delicious snack any time of day. Makes a wonderful hostess gift too.

Ingredients

flour   baking powder  salt butter  fresh blueberries eggs  milk  vanilla sugar

Toss the blueberries in some flour to help keep them from sticking together.

Sift flour, salt and baking powder together in one bowl.

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs. Then add some of the flour mixture. Add some of the milk.

Fold in vanilla and berries. Pour into a pan, dust with sugar and bake for 50 mins.

Allow to cool slightly before removing from pan. Continue to cool on a wire rack.
