Breakfast Casserole Biscuits Bacon Cheese
This easy breakfast casserole with biscuits is a great dish to make for a holiday morning meal or when you are entertaining guests overnight.
– refrigerated biscuits – bacon – cheddar cheese – eggs – milk – salt and pepper
Line the pan with the biscuits and spread them with your fingers to cover the bottom of the pan.
Spread the bacon pieces over the biscuits. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the bacon.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Gently pour the egg mixture over the cheese layer. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes in the oven. Cool slightly and cut into 12 pieces.
