Mini crab cakes with creamy lemon thyme dip makes a great appetizer  for any party. Or serve them as a first course for a dinner party.

Ingredients lump crabmeat panko breadcrumbs mayo baking  powder fresh parsley, chopped Old Bay Seasoning eggs

Mix beaten eggs with mayo, baking powder, parsley, and Old Bay in a large bowl. Add bread crumbs and crabmeat. Make small patties with your hands, then place on a greased baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 min.

Broil crab cakes for  7 -10 minutes, or until they turn golden brown. Do not flip.
