Focaccia Bread Art Recipe

Ingredients – quick rise yeast – sugar – flour – water – salt – Parmesan cheese – olive oil – herbs and vegetables

Combine yeast, water, and sugar in a large bowl for 5 mins. Add flour and mix well. Add salt. Remove dough from bowl and knead.  Place in a bowl with olive oil and cover for 1 hour.

Liberally grease a large baking pan with olive oil. Stretch dough to fit pan. Cover and allow to rise for 20 minutes more.

Use herbs and vegetables to create a pretty decoration Drizzle more olive oil & Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
