Green Goddess Dressing

Here's a great recipe from the '70s called Green Goddess dressing. Use it to dress a salad, as a dip with veggies, or as a side sauce for seafood or poultry.

Ingredients  Flat Leaf Parsley Chives Garlic  Anchovy paste Mayo Sour Cream Red Wine Vinegar Fresh lemon juice Salt and pepper

1. Place parsley, chives and garlic in a food processor or blender and combine. 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 3. Transfer to a bowl and serve or cover and refrigerate.

This dressing is perfect for salads, but can also be served as a dip with veggies at parties, or as a  sauce for seafood and grilled items like chicken and steak.
