Italian Stromboli Similar to a Calzone but without ricotta chesse or pizza sauce.

Ingredients Pizza dough  Mix of Italian meats sausage Mix of Italian cheeses  Olive oil Spices

Roll dough into an oval or rectangular shape. Layer meats and cheeses down the middle.

Fold one side of the dough over the middle crimping the top and bottom edges. Repeat with the other side.

Slice openings along the top to vent. Brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with oregano, garlic, and onion powder.

Bake at 400 degrees on a pizza stone for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
