1. Make the meatballs by combining all ingredients.2. Scoop a little of the mixture & roll it with oiled hands.3. Set them on a greased baking sheet & bake for 20 mins at 350 degrees.
1. Saute carrots, onions, & celery in olive oil for 3 - 5 min.2. Add garlic.3. Add broth, pasta & chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes.4. Remove chicken and shred. Add back into broth
