Create a sauce by melting 2 T of butter and sprinkling 2 T of flour on top. Whisk to make a paste.Add milk and continue whisking on low heat.Add broth, and Worcestershire.
Combine sauce with noodles, turkey, peas and mushrooms. Then add parsley, salt and pepper and red pepper flakes. Pour into a buttered casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
