Seafood Jambalaya

This seafood jambalaya recipe makes a large one-pot meal to serve a crowd. An easy dinner for serving complany.

Ingredients  olive oil onions celery green & jalapeno peppers garlic bay leaves Creole seasoning red pepper flakes oregano kielbasa shrimp sea scallops diced tomatoes chicken broth salt turmeric rice

1. Sauté onions, peppers, garlic, and celery in olive oil. 2. Add bay leaves, Creole seasoning, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt. 3. Add tomatoes, kielbasa, rice, water, and turmeric.

4. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 mins or until rice is tender.  5. Add shrimp and scallops. 6. Simmer until shrimp is pink and scallops are opaque. About 10 minutes.
