Southwest Turkey Burgers

This recipe for grilled southwest turkey burgers is a healthy alternative to beef and uses vibrant ingredients like peppers and cumin to give it lots of extra spicy flavor.

Ingredients ground turkey peppers  sweet onion garlic oregano chili powder cumin  ground coriander basil or cilantro

Combine all ingredients and pat out four burgers

Grilled on high heat for about 5 minutes on each side.

Serve on a bun with lettuce, tomato. Add a little sour cream instead of ketchup or mustard.
