Ingredients2 cans tuna in oil, 6 oz.8 oz egg noodles1 clove garlic, grated2 T butter2 T flour1 cup whole milk1 t hot paprika1/2 t salt1/4 t black pepper1/4 cup bread crumbs
1. Make a Bechamel sauce with butter, garlic, flour, milk, paprika, salt and pepper.
2. Combine tuna with cooked egg noodles in a mixing bowl. Add the sauce and transfer to a buttered baking pan.
3. Top with breadcrumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
