Tuna Noodle Casserole Without Canned Soup

Ingredients 2 cans tuna in oil, 6 oz. 8 oz egg noodles 1 clove garlic, grated 2 T butter 2 T flour 1 cup whole milk 1 t hot paprika 1/2 t salt 1/4 t black pepper 1/4 cup bread crumbs

1. Make a Bechamel sauce with butter, garlic, flour, milk, paprika, salt and pepper.

2. Combine tuna with cooked egg noodles in a mixing bowl. Add the sauce and transfer to a buttered baking pan.

3. Top with breadcrumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
