1box frozen chopped spinach 10 oz thawed and drained
1/2onion diced
1/2 - 1cupRicotta Cheese
1cupMozzarella Cheese
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add onions and saute until translucent about 2 minutes. Add spinach and stir well.
Cook spinach and onions for about 5 minutes on medium heat, then remove from heat.
Spread 1/4 - 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese on a pita loaf.
Top with spinach mixture.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Heat under broiler until cheese is golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Remove and serve.
