Spring Roll Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger root
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tamarind soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together in a bowl and let sit and combine for 20 minutes.
  • Serve with spring rolls or steam dumplings
