Sugar Cookie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough

Buttercream Frosting

  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/4 cup milk or more
  • food coloring

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray mini muffin pan with vegetable oil
  • Slice 1/4 inch of refrigerated cookie dough.
  • Roll into a ball and place in muffin tin.
  • Use wooden shaper to press the dough into the muffin tin and make a cup.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Let cool and remove from muffin tin.
  • Fill with frosting.

Buttercream Frosting

  • Combine butter and sugar and mix on medium speed until combined.
  • Add milk and continue to beat, add more milk if needed until you get the desired consistency for your frosting.
