Dressed Up Guacamole

Here's a great guacamole recipe that my sister makes all the time. A true family favorite with feta cheese, garlic and tomatoes.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cloves garlic , crushed
  • 1 t . salt
  • 3 T . lime juice
  • 3 T . olive oil
  • 2-3 Serrano or jalapeno peppers finely chopped
  • 3 plum tomatoes , finely chopped
  • 1 c . or 1 bunch fresh cilantro finely chopped (no stems)
  • 1 c . or more feta cheese crumbles
  • 4 ripe avocados chopped and pitted.

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together and place in a bowl.
  • Place a few of the avocado seed on top.
  • Serve with chips.
