1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough Buttercream Frosting 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup butter softened 1/4 cup milk or more food coloring
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray mini muffin pan with vegetable oil
Slice 1/4 inch of refrigerated cookie dough.
Roll into a ball and place in muffin tin.
Use wooden plunger to press the dough into the muffin tin and make a cup.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool and remove from muffin tin.
Fill with frosting.
Buttercream Frosting Combine butter and sugar and mix on medium speed until combined.
Add milk and continue to beat, add more milk if needed until you get the desire consistency for your frosting.
