Instructions
Defrost the dough per the instructions on the bag.
Roll into a ball and place in a bowl with a little oil on the bottom to keep it from sticking.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1.5 hours
Remove from the bowl and lightly flour the dough and surface.
Roll out into an oval/rectangle shape approx. 14 inch.
Layer meats and cheese down the middle. Our order was ham, provolone, sausage, mozzarella, and salami.
Fold one side of the dough over the middle crimping the top and bottom edges.
Repeat with the other side.
Slice openings along the top to vent.
Brush top with olive oil.
Sprinkle with oregano, garlic, and onion powder.
Bake at 400 degrees on a pizza stone for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
If you do not have a pizza stone use a baking sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 - 40 minutes watching for bubbling cheese and a golden brown crust.
