Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - we bought frozen pizza dough at the grocery store
  • Mix of Italian meat - ham Genoa salami, and sweet Italian sausage
  • Cheeses - provolone and mozzarella
  • Olive Oil
  • Spices - oregano garlic powder, onion powder

Instructions

  • Defrost the dough per the instructions on the bag.
  • Roll into a ball and place in a bowl with a little oil on the bottom to keep it from sticking.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1.5 hours
  • Remove from the bowl and lightly flour the dough and surface.
  • Roll out into an oval/rectangle shape approx. 14 inch.
  • Layer meats and cheese down the middle. Our order was ham, provolone, sausage, mozzarella, and salami.
  • Fold one side of the dough over the middle crimping the top and bottom edges.
  • Repeat with the other side.
  • Slice openings along the top to vent.
  • Brush top with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with oregano, garlic, and onion powder.
  • Bake at 400 degrees on a pizza stone for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  • If you do not have a pizza stone use a baking sheet and bake in a  350 degree oven for 30 - 40 minutes watching for bubbling cheese and a golden brown crust.
  • Let cool and serve in slices.
