1 30 oz. bag frozen shredded hash brown potatoes 1 pint sour cream 1 16 oz bag shredded cheddar cheese 1 onion finely diced 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Butter a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
Spread ingredients evenly into the casserole dish
Bake uncovered for 45 - 1 hours or until the top is golden brown.
