Watermelon Rum Punch
Light and refreshing watermelon punch is a go-to recipe during the summer. Made with rum but you can leave it out for a non-alcoholic version.

4 cups watermelon flesh 1 cup mango juice 1 cup pineapple juice 1 tablespoon Angostura bitters 1/2 cup fresh lime juice 2 cups white rum
Puree watermelon in a food processor or blender.
Place watermelon puree in a large pitcher.
Add mango and pineapple juice.
Add lime juice and bitters.
Stir well.
Add rum and stir again.
Place in refrigerator until ready to serve
Garnish with fruit slices such as lemon or lime.
Serve with seltzer to lighten the drink.
