Homemade Blueberry Sauce
Homemade blueberry sauce is easy to make with fresh berries and a little time. Perfect for ice cream, pancakes and drinks.

4 cups fresh blueberries 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup water
Wash and clean blueberries.
In a heavy saucepan combine blueberries, sugar and water.
Heat on med-high heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add lemon juice and reduce heat to low and simmer for about 1 hour, or until the sauce has reduced to a thickness you like.
