Peach Butter Recipe

Learn how to make a simple peach butter with farm fresh peaches and no extra added sugar that you can jar up and give out to all of your family and friends.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Dozen ripe peaches approx. 5 cups
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Juice of one lemon 2 T

Instructions
 

  • Peel and diced peaches
  • Place peaches, water and lemon juice in a heavy bottom saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil then turn heat to low and simmer for about 1 hour or until the peaches have reduced significantly.
  • Remove from heat and use an immersion blender to puree the peach mixture.
  • Let cool and pour into sanitized jars.

Notes

This peach butter will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
