2Tablespoonsof pickled jalapenos
2clovesof garlic
2TablespoonsJerk seasoning mix
1cupof fresh pineapple chunks
1/2small onion
1/8cupolive oil
1/8cuplime juiceabout 2 juicy limes
Instructions
Combine jalapenos, garlic, pineapple, onion, Jerk seasoning, olive oil, and lime juice in a food processor.
Process until smooth.
Place the chicken pieces in a slow cooker.
Spoon the marinade from the food processor on top of the chicken.
Cook on high heat for 4 hours.
Remove chicken pieces and serve over rice.
Notes
You could cook this on low heat and then it would probably cook for 6-8 hours. In addition, you could use boneless, skinless chicken. That will decrease the cooking time.
