Kitchen Sink Cookies
Here's a great recipe that you can go to town on. Three kinds of chips, pretzels, and nuts go into this delicious decadent cookie everyone will love.

2 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup shortening or butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup of white sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 12 oz mini chocolate chips 1/2 cup white chips 1/2 cup butterscotch chips 1/2 cup crushed pretzels 1/2 cup pecan pieces 1/2 cup toffee bits
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix flour, salt and baking soda in a mixing bowl and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl cream together shortening/butter with brown and white sugar.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add vanilla extract and mix.
Slowly add in the flour mixture about 1/3 at a time.
Next add in the chips, pretzels, and nuts a little at a time and mix by hand until well incorporates.
Drop dough onto cookie sheets and bake for approximately 5 minutes before switching shelves. (bottom to top and top to bottom)
Cook for another 5 minutes or until cookies are a light golden brown.
Remove and cool on a cooling rack.
