Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bread

Here's an easy cinnamon toast crunch bread recipe with a crunchy topping and lots of sugary cinnamon throughout.

Ingredients
  

  • 1- 2 packages of refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Topping

  • 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  • Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan
  • Combine 1 tablespoon of cinnamon with 3/4 cups of sugar in one bowl.
  • In another bowl melt 1/2 cup of butter.
  • Remove biscuits from the packaging.
  • Dip each biscuit in the butter followed by the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  • Layer the biscuits into the loaf pan overlapping as you go.
  • For the topping combine 3/4 cups of flour, 3/4 cups brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/2 cup of oats. Mix well.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of melt butter on top and mix well.
  • Spread topping onto biscuit layer and bake for 30-40 minutes.

Notes

  • You could make this with just one package of biscuits as this was a little doughy.
  • You could also cook it longer and if the top starts to brown too much you can cover it with foil.
