DIY Bath & Body Wash

Using castile soap, a carrier oil, and essential oils is a quick and easy way to make your own bath gel.

Materials

  • 8 oz. Dr. Bronner's Unscented Pure Castile Soap
  • 1 teaspoon Jojoba Oil
  • 150 drops of Essential Oils
  • 3 capsules of Vitamin E 400 iu

Instructions

  • Pick up some Castile liquid soap. 8 oz Dr. Bronners is often readily available.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of jojoba oil or another carrier oil for an extra moisturizing effect.
  • Scent it by adding a combination of your favorite essential oils totaling about 150 drops.
  • Squeeze the oil from 3 capsules of vitamin E 400 iu. Optional.

Notes

The final product does not foam up like commercial products.
If you find some separation after a while at the top of the bottle just shake it up before using.
