Pop-out the glass from the picture frame for the wreath base.

Use the included template to print out flowers.

Trace and cut out as many as you need.

Stack three different shapes of felt on top with a contrasting color for the center.

With a doubled black thread, sew from one edge to the other on the circle, making a star.

Three stitches in total.

Pull taut to give the flower a puckered look.

Stitch a little notch in the back, and knot to finish.

Create a Rosette

Cut at one edge, about 1/4 of an inch, around and around.

Stop when you get to the size of the base.

Using some fabric glue start rolling, and glue the beginning piece.

Continue to add a little glue along the edge forming a rosette, until you reach the base.

Put some more glue on the base, and cover the bottom.

Leaves

Make leaves by sandwiching a bit of wire between two identical pieces of felt with some hot glue.

Twist a few stems together to form groups of leaves.

Frame

Paint or stain your frame.

Use hot glue to attach the large flowers to the frame first.

Then add the rosettes and leaves
