Cinnamon Baked Apple Recipe

2 Apples 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon of melted butter 2 tablespoons of chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Use a sharp small knife to cut a hole in the center of each apple leaving about one inch on the bottom.
Combine butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts in a bowl.
Stuff each apple with half of the butter and sugar mixture.
Place each apple in a greased ramekin.
Place the ramekins on a baking sheet in case any of the juices bubbles over.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the apples are soft.
You can use a small baking dish instead of ramekins.
You can substitute walnut for pecans.
