DIY Herb Wreath for the Kitchen

for your kitchen using a variety of herbs and spices.

Equipment
Hot glue gun
Scissors
Paintbrush
Materials
An old picture frame
Cardboard slightly larger than the frame
Dried herbs and spices - Oregano; chilies
Cinnamon Sticks, Bay Leaves, etc..
Black craft paint
Instructions
Cut some cardboard slightly larger than your picture frame.
Cut out the middle and paint the cardboard black.
Starting at one corner, start hot gluing your herbs and spices to the cardboard.
Glue the herbs and spices in groups or blocks like the one shown above or in a striped pattern with more narrow sections.
Hang and enjoy.
Notes
Other ideas for herbs and spices are dried sage, lavender, star anise, and nuts.
