Roll 1.5 inch meatballs and place on a greased baking sheet with space between each meatball.
Bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
Make the gravy in a saucepan according to the package directions.
Thin with beef broth and add hot sauce.
Place cooked meatballs in a slow cooker on low.
Pour the gravy overtop and toss the meatballs.

Rub a little olive oil on the pan with your hands just before you start to roll the meatballs. This will help the meatball mixture stick less to your hands.Keep the meatball in a slow cooker for a party to keep them warm. You could also serve them in a bowl and occasionally reheat them in the microwave.Freeze cooked meatballs in a plastic bag without the gravy.
