Deconstructed Egg Roll

1 pound ground pork 1.25 pounds cabbage shredded 1 cup carrot sticks 1 cup onion finely diced 2 tablespoons sesame oil 2 cloves garlic grated 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 teaspoon ginger grated 1 tablespoon rice vinegar sesame seeds garnish sriracha sauce on the side
Saute pork until browned.
Add onion and saute until soft about 2 minutes.
Add carrot sticks and shredded cabbage.
Allow the vegetables to wilt and cook down about 3 minutes tossing a few times.
Add ginger, garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Stir well.
Simmer for 2 additional minutes before serving with a garnish of sesame seeds and a little sriracha sauce on the side.
