Herbal Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed or grated
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped herbs favorites are thyme, rosemary and basil

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together all ingredients and serve at room temperature.
  • Store in the refrigerator for future use.

Notes

Using a mason jar or clean empty jar is perfect for storage. All you need to do is shake it up.
