In a large bowl combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.
Add parsley and mint leaves.
Make the dressing by whisking together the lemon juice, olive oil, sumac, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the bowl of greens and toss.
Top with pita.
