Ingredients
  

  • 1 package of quick rise yeast
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 4 cups of all purpose flour
  • 2 cups of warm water
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup or more of olive oil
  • herbs and vegetables for toppings

Instructions
 

  • Combine yeast, water, and sugar in a large bowl for 5 mins.
  • Add flour (a little at a time) to the yeast mixture and stir.
  • Add salt.
  • Remove dough from bowl and knead until it comes together and becomes less sticky. Add a little extra flour if needed.
  • Place dough in a bowl coated with olive oil and cover to rise for 1 hour.
  • Liberally grease a large baking pan with olive oil.
  • Stretch dough to fit pan.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Cover and allow to rise for 20 minutes more.
  • Use your fingertips to dimple or make divots in the dough.
  • Next, use herbs and vegetables on top of the dough to create a pretty decoration.
  • Drizzle more olive oil and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
