Spread the bacon pieces over the biscuits.
Sprinkle half of the cheese over the bacon.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a separate large bowl.
Gently pour the egg mixture over the cheese layer.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes in the oven.
Cool slightly and cut into 12 pieces.
