Instructions
Cut out fabric 4 times the length plus .5 inch for seams, and 2 times the width plus .5 inch.
Fold the fabric in half with the right sides together and press.
Sew 1/4 inch seam on each side leaving a 1/4 inch open at the top for turning.
Turn the fabric right side out and press.
Carefully fold under the top opening and press.
Sew 1/4 inch seam on the top open area.
Fold the sewn end over the fabric about one inch from the top and then sew close to the edge along the side across the bottom and up the other side.
Notes
As you can see you can make these holders for different size emery boards. You could also adjust the size and make one to hold lip balm.They make great little gifts, stocking stuffers, or good items to sell at craft fairs.
