Saute onions, peppers, and garlic in olive in a large heavy pot on medium-high heat for approximately 5 minutes or until the vegetables have softened.
Add all of the spices and stir well.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned, stirring continually.
Add beans and crushed tomatoes.
Stir well and scrape the bottom.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve as is or with cooked macaroni or rice.
Top with sour cream, grated cheese, and cilantro.
