Homemade Beef and Broccoli
This stir fried beef and broccoli recipe is a great one pan quick and easy meal that tastes as good as any takeout.

1 pound flank steak 12 ounces frozen broccoli florets 1 cup carrot sticks 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil 2 cloves garlic grated 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated 1/4 cup tamari sauce or soy sauce 1/4 cup rice vinegar Sauce 3/4 cup water 1 tablespoon light brown sugar 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 teaspoon chili crisp or sriracha
Slice the beef into 1/4 inch thick by 2 inches in length pieces.
Place the sliced beef in a bowl of 1/4 cup soy or tamari and 1/4 cup rice vinegar to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Microwave broccoli.
Whisk together the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
In a large saucepan saute grated garlic and ginger in olive oil on medium-high heat for 1 minute.
Add the marinated beef (discard marinade) and brown on both sides, about 2 minutes each.
Add the broccoli, carrots, and sauce to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with rice.
