1 pound zoodles 2 cloves garlic crushed or grated 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon lemon zest 1 lemon 1 tablespoon fresh basil pinch sea salt
In a hot skillet or frying pan add the olive oil.
Reduce heat to medium and add garlic.
Add zoodles and stir until heated through. About 2-3 minutes
Add lemon juice and zest.
Add cheese, sea salt, and basil. Stir well and serve immediately.
