Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound zoodles
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed or grated
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a hot skillet or frying pan add the olive oil.
  • Reduce heat to medium and add garlic.
  • Add zoodles and stir until heated through. About 2-3 minutes
  • Add lemon juice and zest.
  • Add cheese, sea salt, and basil. Stir well and serve immediately.
