Parmesan Cheese Crisps or Tuiles
This recipe for parmesan cheese crisps is super fast and easy and a great low carb chip for dips or as part of an amazing charcuteries board.

1 1/4 cups grated parmesan cheese approx. 5 ounces 1 tablespoon seasoning of your choices ie. everything bagel optional
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place 2 inch piles of grated Parmesan cheese on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Use the back of a spoon to level the cheese. You can also use a small cup upside down over the cheese and move it around to create a nice round shape.
Sprinkle seasoning on top if you like or leave them plain.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden.
Let the crisps cool for 3 minutes then set them between paper towels to blot excess oil.
Repeat as needed.
You can try this with other grated cheese. However, you may need to vary the cooking time.
Store the crisps in an airtight container for about a week.
