This barbecue seasoning is great for sprinking on ribs, beef or pork shoulder to create a delicious bbq flavor before cooking.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1/4 cup hot paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne powder
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredient and mix well. Keep in a sealed jar or bag for freshness.

Notes

You can use it for any seasoning. Typically used as a rub on ribs, pork shoulder, pork butt, chuck roasts cooked in a slow cooker.
