Cottage Cheese Wraps

This three-ingredient high-protein, low-carb cottage cheese wrap recipe is fast and easy and a great alternative to traditional bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning or other dried herbs and spices you like

Instructions
 

  • Combine eggs and cottage cheese in a food processor or blender.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  • Allow the wrap to cool slightly before flipping it over on the counter or large cutting board.
  • Start at one edge and gently peel the parchment paper away.
  • Cut the wrap in half and start layering your lunch meat or any fillings on the top third. Then fold over to complete the wrap.

Notes

If you like to meal prep, you can make a few batches. Then keep them in the fridge for a few days. Place them in an airtight container separated by parchment.
If you don't like or don't have everything bagel seasoning, you can use whatever dried herbs and or spices you like. You could even just use salt and black pepper.
