Create a small circle while keeping the hanging portion by bending the hanger into shape.
Cut off excess and wrap the end around the top edge.
Start hot gluing pinecones along the circle at varying angles.
Fill in with more pinecones and pieces of cedar.
Tie on a velvet bow at the neck with ribbon.
Hang on a window, wall, chair, or anywhere you want a little natural holiday spirit.
Notes
If you don't have a dark hanger, you can paint one with craft or spray paint first before creating the wreath. You could also make this with a mini grapevine wreath instead of a wire hanger, but it wouldn't have the handy, dandy built in hook. However, you can always create a loop with some floral wire and attach it to the back of the frame. You can also substitute different greenery for the cedar or mini berries, but the cedar lasts a long time. You can add any color ribbon you like, or fill in the neck portion with more pinecones and skip the ribbon.Small hooks with suction cups work great on windows to hang your wreath.
