DIY Thanksgiving Favors

Popping corn kernels in a bag to look like a pumpkin with a Thankful for you tag.

Here's an easy Thanksgiving party favor gift using a bag of colored popcorn kernels wrapped to look like a pumpkin that you can set at each seat of your holiday table.

Scissors
Small paper punch
Hot glue gun and glue sticks

Materials

6 pound Bag of Rainbow Popping Kernels
5 Cellophane Bags
Orange Twine
Natural Twine
Brown Kraft Paper

Instructions

Print tags and cut into individual tags. Punch a hole in the corner.
Fill a bag with 2.75 to 3 cups of kernels.
Tie a piece of orange twine around the top and cut the excess to about 1/2 inch.
Glue thicker natural twine around the top of the bag to look like a stem.
Thread the "Thankful for You" tag onto the orange tag.
Repeat for the 4 other bags.
Set the favor on each plate of your Thanksgiving table or place them in a basket or bowl.
