  • 5 Mandarin oranges
  • Parchment Paper

Instructions
 

  • Peel a mandarin orange and separate the sections.
  • Place the sections on a parchment lined baking dish in a single layer.
  • Baked at 200 degrees for 1.5 hours.
  • Remove the baking pan from the oven and flip over each section.
  • Bake for another 1.5 hours or until the madarin sections are dried.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and let cool.
  • Transfer the dried mandarin oranges to an airtight jar.
