1 pound pizza dough .5 cups marinara sauce 1 cup pizza cheese shredded mozzarella and provolone mix 8 ounces sauteed sliced mushrooms optional 2 teaspoons olive oil
Set the dough ball in a large mixing bowl with a little oil on the bottom and cover with plastic. Let rise for 1 hour.
Saute the mushrooms in a skillet until soft and golden, about 5 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface in a rectangular shape slightly larger than the slow cooker.
Grease the bottom and sides of the slow cooker with some olive oil.
Place the rolled out dough into the greased slow cooker and press the edges up the sides.
Spoon a little marinara over the dough.
Place the mushrooms over the sauce in a single layer.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Cover the slow cooker and bake on high for 2.5 - 3 hours.
