Thai Bean Dip
A delicious bean dip with Thai flavors is a great low carb appetizer that you can serve with veggies for a healthy snack.

2 cans white bean cannellini or great northern 2 teaspoons grated ginger 1 teaspoon grated garlic 1 tablespoon Thai peanut sauce 1-2 limes juice and zest 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce 1/2 teaspoon ground corriander 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Drain beans and place in food processor
Process well.
Add all other ingredients, saving a little lime zest for garnish.
Process well. Pour into a serving dish
Serve with fresh veggies and breadsticks.
