- 1 12 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, optional, crushed or grated
- 1 cup of finely chopped herbs, l like oregano, basil and chives
- Blend the cream cheese, herbs and garlic together in a food processor or blender. Add lemon juice as desired for taste and consistency.
- Serve with crackers or baguette slices.
