- 1 container of sour cream, 24 oz
- 2 cups finely grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 10 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup of chopped chives
- Mix all ingredients together. That's it!
Serve this with any kind of chip or toasted bread rounds. Carrots work really well for the low-carb crowd. You can adjust the ingredients to your taste. More chives, less bacon etc..
