Fig, Olive, Gorgonzola & Pear Crostini


  • French baguette
  • Fig & Olive Relish
  • Gorgonzola cheese
  • Fresh Pear Slices


  1. Slice the baguette into 1/4 inch rounds
  2. Brush both side with olive oil
  3. Toast under the broiler until golden on both sides
  4. Top with relish, followed by Gorgonzola
  5. Place under broiler again until cheese in bubbling
  6. Top with a thin slice of pear

Recipe Notes

You can substitute fig jam, or fresh fig slices. Other blue cheese work well too.
